Hot Air Ballooning Running Trails If you are staying at
the Flamingo, the closest trail is Annadel
State Park. Trail maps can be found
on the park’s website. This is also a wonderful area to mountain bike. If you are interested in arranging for a mountain bike for the weekend, please email Allison’s brother, Mike at Windsor Bicycle Center (707) 836-9111 and he will arrange this. If you are staying in Sonoma or Glen Ellen (Sonoma Mission Inn or Gaige House) the closest trails and a place worth visiting no matter where you’re staying, is the Jack London State Park. The park is actually in David and Vicki Stollmeyer’s back yard (though it is best to enter through the public entrance if you’re on your own) and has miles of beautiful trails among the vineyards and historical buildings. Be sure to visit the old winery ruins (which will be the location of our pre-wedding photos) and the Wolf House. Cross streets are Broadway at Highway 12. Macy’s – should you find that you have forgotten your
dress shirt or jacket, there is a shopping center with a Macy’s
and other well known stores in downtown Santa Rosa. Spa & Mudbaths The
Spa at the Flamingo Resort is affiliated with the adjacent Montecito
Heights Club and offers massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and
great spa packages. The
Spa at the Sonoma Mission Inn offers everything spa related that
you could ever want. Calistoga Mud baths Golden
Haven – one
of the more affordable options which also has mud baths for couples! Here are some other suggestions for mud baths, massage, spas and body treatments in Calistoga. Tennis

Hills Winery Oakville Grocery – while not a winery, it is filled with wonderful
food, a gourmet deli and tons of specialty items. The Oakville Grocery
is well worth a quick visit if you’re in the Napa Valley and
parched from all of the wine! Prager – if you’re
a port fan, or just prefer the smaller, more intimate wineries,
visit Prager. This is a small, one room winery
specializing in ports. The owner and winemaker, Jim Prager, is usually
there chatting up the guests. Robert
Mondavi Winery - offers the best tour in the Napa Valley, but
you must call a few weeks in advance to reserve. Typically in June,
the tours begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday,
and at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and last for one
hour. Tours end with a wine tasting and cost $10 per person. Please

Oak – please
call well in advance for tasting reservations
Glen Ellen Cellar Cat Café – Great for lunch, terrific atmosphere,
though slow service – may also have live music on Friday nights,
